Astral actions their sustainability commitment by upcycling the agave fibers after distillation into adobe bricks which will be used to build homes and community centers in Jalisco, Mexico.
This premium tequila has been aged for 12 months in American Oak bourbon barrels and features notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and oak on the palate.

AÑEJO ÑEW FASHIONED
What You'll Need
1.5 oz Astral Añejo
1 Barspoon of Agave Nectar
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Garnish: Grated Chocolate Orange Twist
How It's Made
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir for 10 to 12 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish.

BLACK MANHATTAN
What You'll Need
1 oz Astral Añejo
0.5 oz Averna Liqueur
1 Dash Orange Bitters
1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
Garnish: Cherry
How It's Made
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir for 10 to 12 seconds. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish.

STRAWBERRY MOON
What You'll Need
1.5 oz Astral Añejo
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 Cubed Strawberries
Top off with Ginger Beer
Garnish: Halved Strawberry Mint
How It's Made
Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a shaker and muddle the strawberries. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 6 to 8 seconds. Add ginger beer to the shaker and strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish.
